Cosmetic grade vs. functional checks
Our A+, A, B, and C labels describe cosmetic condition only (screen and body). Battery health, parts authenticity, and other functional attributes are listed separately on each product—so you can compare appearance and performance clearly.

Screen appearance
Chips, hard scratches, soft scratches visible within ~25 cm under backlight, inner lift/creasing, and front-sensor cutouts. LCD must be intact—no leakage, bright spots, or image persistence. Screen type (OEM vs aftermarket) is recorded on the quality report.

Our internal procedure runs in sequence—failure at any step blocks listing or routes the unit to rework.
LCD / display first: leakage, bright spots, image persistence, or severe tint → reject or rework.
Parts & sealing: verification tools and, where needed, air-leak checks for prior disassembly.
Full functional test: calls, touch, True Tone, ambient light, cameras, charging, biometrics, wireless, and sensors.
Cosmetic grade: screen and body (frame, rear shell, camera ring) rated A+, A, B, or C when function is sound.
Record & list: screen type, battery solution, part alerts, and any as-is issues on the quality report and product page.
