“Certified” does not mean “randomly worn.”
This is a receiving checklist, not the story of a verified unboxing.
Before you order
On Good deals or a unit listing, the offer should let you read:
- 80+ inspection points
- battery ≥ 85%
- one device, one photo — the unit you receive should be the one you saw online
Goal: know what to compare on arrival, not promise the result of one specific handset.
When you open the parcel
- Packaging intact, accessories as listed
- Screen and back: compare with the photos of this unit
- No stock image: if the photo does not match, contact us before using the phone day to day

What “certified” means in practice
- IMEI and activation status checked
- 80+ functional checks
- Grade A / B / C for looks only
- Individual photo of the unit
You buy a documented unit, not a surprise.
Grade A, B or C
- Grade A: minimal traces. If looks matter.
- Grade B / C: more visible wear, the same functional checks, often a lower price. A case hides some of the marks.
Pay for the grade based on what you see in the photos, not on the fear that a C “does not work.”

Q: Certified = refurbished as new?
