Once you have placed an order with GiggleFone, the products will be shipped within 2 to 3 working days. We will inform you by email about the logistics order number and the specific logistics company.

Delivery time

The order will be shipped within 24 hours at the latest (working day). If you order before 12:00 noon on a working day, the parcel is targeted for same-day dispatch; otherwise it will be sent on the next working day.

France (metropolitan) orders are typically delivered in 3 to 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If delays occur due to weekends, severe weather, or other force majeure, delivery may take up to 7 working days.
