General information
Once you have placed an order with GiggleFone, the products will be shipped within 2 to 3 working days. We will inform you by email about the logistics order number and the specific logistics company.

Delivery time
The order will be shipped within 24 hours at the latest (working day). If you order before 12:00 noon on a working day, the parcel is targeted for same-day dispatch; otherwise it will be sent on the next working day.
Hong Kong orders are typically delivered in 2 to 3 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If delays occur due to weekends, severe weather, or other force majeure, delivery may take 2 to 5 working days and generally no more than 5 working days.

Hong Kong delivery fees and free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout (prices in HKD).
We use local carrier partners; your dispatch email includes the carrier and tracking number.
Other regions
Shipping fees and timelines for non-Hong Kong orders are confirmed at checkout or by customer service.
Check at any time
You can check the following at any time:
- The delivery preparation status of your order.
- The date of shipment. You will receive a notification by e-mail.
- Track the shipment status of your parcel to your desired address via Order Tracking, thanks to a tracking number or your order number that will be communicated to you.
