Understanding Giggle Fone's Grades
Devices are thoroughly inspected and graded based on cosmetic condition and functionality.
Grade A+
No signs of use — in perfect or near-mint condition
Grade A
Light signs of use — may have some small blemishes
Grade B
General signs of use — some scratches you may notice
Grade C
Visible signs of use — moderate scratches and scuffs
Our Inspection Process
Cosmetic checks
We look for screen cracks, chips or lifting, check case quality, and make sure buttons, ports and parts look as they should.
Battery checks
Battery health capacity is tested to make sure it is within acceptable levels.
Functionality checks
Ports, speakers, charging, locks, biometrics such as Face ID, and other important features are checked to make sure they work as expected.
Protection checks
We confirm the phone is wiped, factory reset, unlocked, and not reported as lost or stolen.
